We arrived in the evening after reception hours, clear instructions were sent to us as a message on how to access parking, access the entrance and get the keys to our room. It was a very professional set up, I must say ! If you're coming for a pilgrimage, the location is good, it is at a walkable distance from the Basilica and eatery spots. Room was clean, there were enough cutlery available for use.

The location was off the main area but a short walk to all the tourist places. The room was big with cooking facilities. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was poor..there were no one to top up. We didn’t get egg, no sausage, no salami….only some bread, jam, tea bags,juice….could be better..We took on the first day, then stopped for the folllowing days ..expensive but less food

A nice studio apartment in a hotel complex with small kitchenette and everything you could need. Bed was comfy and in a quiet part of town. Everything is accessible with a 5-10 minute walk and there is parking at the hotel.

The view from hotel room is really nice and peaceful. We can see the beautiful hills from window and enjoy it. The hotel location is close to the Grotto as well as the city center.

The house looks a bit old, but everything was working properly. The first room had a leaky sink, but we immediately got another (bigger) room. There is a bicycle storage room. The waste recycling is well organized, with even the possibility to compost the green waste.

The location is good, its about 10 mins walk to sanctuary, near to bus stop, shops and restaurants. The staff is very nice and friendly. They will help if you need it.
